Winter Wonderland
Dear Family,
I thought I would post some pictures of the snow that has accumulated this winter.
This is the house after a big storm that we dug out from.
The driveway keeps getting narrower and narrower.
The snow plow is parked under the scaffolding, and is covered with a green tarp.
Because we can't use the garage, we have to keep a path cleared from the west utility room door to the driveway.
Snow is piling up next to the driveway.
The construction workers came last week, and removed the old garage doors, then enlarged the opening for a new double-wide door.
Sunday the sun came out and began melting the snow. The brick layer has finished the brick on the outside of the garage.
It was so nice and warm on Sunday, that we took a walk down Thornfield, and Windsor Lanes. Notice how high we have piled the snow next to the driveway.
These are pictures from before, when we had three big storms in a row.
Hope you are all having a cozy warm winter.

Love,
Dad

Those are great pictures. I looks like you have been getting a workout shoveling all that. I hope it is a good water year for Utah. I am excited for the garage. I bet that it will be a lot better having one big door instead of two small ones. While the construction guys are there see if they can do some work on the basement.
Wow....lots and lots of snow! Now we're here stuck at your house, and I'm in a bad mood.
That's a lot of snow, but it sure looks pretty. Thanks for the pictures. I hope pictures of the utility room and bathroom are next.
When we got home this morning we had over a foot from that crazy storm yesterday. I'm glad we didn't try to come home last night. The roads were still slow this morning. It was fun hanging out and talking since we were all stranded!
I love those pictures. I can't believe how much snow we have. Thanks for watching Marcella, she looks super cute in that picture with you guys.
